Michael has many years of experience teaching individuals, group lessons, and band workshops. He is available for lessons in person or via Skype. Lessons can include, but certainly aren’t limited to, technique and skills building, new repertoire, tone and tuning, and theory and music reading skills. In addition to my experience in the piping world, I also hold a degree in music education and work as a music teacher at an elementary school and SUNY Cortland. I feel strongly about lessons that follow a logical path of skills development, giving you tools to grow as a musician.
